Working Committees

For the International Cocoa Farmers Organization to be able to achieve its mission the organization has put in place nine (9) essential Working Communities to help with the realization of its mission.

All working committees members are volunteers giving their time to support and develop proposals of activities and services in organization. Each working committee have three members and a chair.

The chairs and members of the working committees have ultimate responsibility for directing the activity of the organization, ensuring it is well run and delivering the outcomes for which it has been set up. The do this in collaboration with the Governing Board (GB) and the Executive Secretariat (ES) of the organization.
